Bremen uses PU for all of its league and championship game balls - an absolute requirement for FIFA approval. Bremen PU design technology offers every skilled player at every level the opportunity to create his/her own game.
Laminations:
Laminations refer to the backings - the dense, layered, fiber network attached to the outer covering. Four layers of cotton/polyester is the best backing for budget-minded clubs seeking quality game balls for developing players. Bremen uses 65% polyester/ 35% cotton in each of four separate layers to ensure durability and shape retention.
On all of its new professional models, Bremen has developed a "High Tensile Lamination System" using 4 layers of pure polymer along with a micro-cellular foam layer for added compression. This total system package of backings maximizes the performance characteristics required in professional match play: true bounce, "accuracy-in-flight", ultra soft-touch, and outstanding "foot-to-ball response".
Bremen's "Air-Tight" butyl bladder has been FIFA approved and the industry's "bladder of choice" for the past 17 years. It holds air - for a very long time - up to 6 months or more. All Bremen balls now come fully equipped with this top-of-the-line bladder.
Inks:
Bremen is now using the finest combination of imported, penetrating
inks (France, Germany, Czechoslovakia) in the world today. Markings
will last on Bremen balls.
